About Me

I am physicist and mathematician, and currently work as teaching assistant at the University of Potsdam. My research interests lie in geometry, analysis, computational mathematics and mathematical physics. At present, I develop algorithms regarding characteristic classes within SageMath, particularly characteristic forms and transgression forms. Meanwhile, I am part of the SageManifolds project.

In my free time, I read literature which combines mathematics, physics and philosophy. Regarding sports, I passionately do Judo and Ju-Jitsu aiming for further belts. Its philosophy of taking care of your partners and the steady improvement of your abilities fascinates me a lot and brings balance in my everyday life. For further balance, I patiently shape trees into bonsais.1

Besides, I love music. I play guitar and a little bit of piano for myself, and sing in choirs with ambitious programs. From 2011 to 2019, I was member of the state youth choir of lower saxony, and since 2012, I am member of the Vocal Concertisten Berlin with travels to Ghana, Bolivia and China. Now, I actively participate in the Consortium Vocale Berlin.
